Eligibility Criteria:

Applicant must be a United States citizen.

Applicant must be a resident of the Greater Houston Metropolitan area.

Applicants must have applied for admission to and will be attending a full-
time accredited post-secondary institution. Approved accredited
institutions are defined as Title IV eligible, accredited, postsecondary two-
or four-year colleges or universities, junior colleges, or community colleges in the United States.
Application Process:

Application must be completed online (except for official high school transcript)

A copy of your Official High School Transcript(s) - Must be submitted by
High School Counselor or another official High School Representative
Transcripts are to be either:-

Two letters of recommendations (uploaded)

One from an academic source and One from a non-academic source (e.g., community leader, family friend, church official, business owner/manager, etc.)

Letters must be on a professional letterhead or business letter format.
